How to Cook Shrimp Tofu Clay Pot in 5 Minutes? CiCi Li

I’d like to introduce you a very easy and yet super delicious recipe today. I was introduced to this recipe by a family uncle. When he made it for me I didn’t think it’s going to impress me, but after I had it, I was speechless.

1 pound of shrimp with heads
1 block of silk tofu
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
a tablespoon of minced scallions

In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil, and 1 pound of shrimp with heads intact (because the shrimps heads are going to release loads and loads of flavors), and cook until they turn pinkish. Now, add the silk tofu in the pan and break them into big peices. Add a pinch of salt and sugar.

Transfer to a clay pot, add a tablespoon of minced scallions, close the lid. Well done.
