EU’s foreign policy chief meets with Chinese premier

The EU’s foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini is in China and talked with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang. The two met in China’s leadership compound, Zhongnanhai, before high-level strategy talks. Members of the staff on both sides were also present.

The seventh round of the China-EU high-level strategic dialogue is scheduled to start April 19. Mogherini is next scheduled to co-chair a dialogue with Chinese State Councillor Yang Jiechi on Wednesday.
