Creating Shiny Glazes on Cakes Is Magical to Watch

This isn’t your typical pastry glaze. The super glossy, mirror effect in the above video is achieved by pouring a glaze over a frosted or frozen cake. Most recipes call for a white chocolate mixture for best results. This technique will add a sheen over your cake, in any hue you desire to create with food coloring.
