Asparagus Stir-fried with Shrimp


 

Full recipes : 

Main ingredients:

●Shrimp: 15
●Asparagus: 1/2 bunch

Other ingredients:

●Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
●Yellow bell pepper: 1/2 Cup
●Orange bell pepper: 1/2 Cup
●A few dried chilies
●Ginger
Marinate:
●Salt: 1/4 tsp
●Pepper: 1/4 tsp
●Sesame oil: 1/2 tsp

Secret sauce :
●Salt           1 tsp
●Pepper      1/8 tsp
●Soy sauce   1 tsp
●Sesame oil  1/4 tsp
●Corn starch 1tsp
●Water         1tbsp
●Cooking oil 1/2 tbsp

Direction:

1.Cut asparagus into roughly three-inch segments. Remove the shells from the shrimp. Devein the shrimp and rinse them thoroughly.

2.Add salt, sesame oil, and pepper to the shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.

3.Mix the “secret sauce”.

4.Heat the pan. When the pan is hot, add some      cooking oil and pan-fry the shrimp. Scoop them out and set aside for later.

5.In the pan, add a little more oil. Then add diced ginger, garlic, dried chili pepper, and asparagus. Stir fry the ingredients until they are about 60% cooked. Add the pan-fried shrimp, and stir-fry until all ingredients are mixed well. Finally, pour the “secret sauce” over the ingredients. Stir fry until fragrant. The dish is ready to serve.
