1. Stir-fry onion and bell pepper, add some salt to taste.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3. Slice the top of the bread boule off and remove the insides.
4. Spread the tomato sauce inside the bread.
5. Make a layer of cheese, salami, and cooked onion with bell pepper.
6. Add some basil.
7. Fill the bread with more later.
8. Place the cap of the bread boule on top.
9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and pepperoni on top.
10. Bake for 25 minutes.
