Fat Burning Drinks!!!


Belly Fat Burner

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup lemon
  • ½ cup ginger
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
Directions:
1. Squeeze the lemon for its juice into a blender.
2. Chop the ginger and place them into the blender.
3. Add the cinnamon powder and chopped parsley
4. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and water
5. BLEND!
6. Sieve the contents into a glass to filter out the solids, turning the smoothie into juice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. honey
Directions:
1. Squeeze the lemon for its juice into a glass.
2. Add chia seeds and water.
3. Add in honey and stir until all is combined and dissolved.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red bean
  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 4 cup water
Directions:
1. Soak the red bean and barley in separate bowls with water for 2 hours.
2. Boil the two ingredients in a pot for 2 hours, adding 1 cup of water every half an hour.
3. Pour the soup into a glass, add honey and stir until completely dissolved.
