Video Shows Possible Tornado in New York

New video footage shows a possible tornado in Saugerties, New York, on May 15.

The footage was shot from a CVS in the town.

The tornado was part of severe weather across New York, Pennsylvania, and into New England, reported The Weather Network, with at least eight tornado warnings issued and at least one tornado confirmed by a trained spotter.

Wind gusts of close to 70 miles per hour swept through the region and baseball-sized hail also pummeled homes and other buildings in the area.

Extensive damage was reported after the storms, reported Patch, including tree limbs falling onto roadways and other surfaces, entire trees being snapped or uprooted, and other damage.
