Later, Raghav joined the Sultan of Delhi, Alauddin Khalji and took revenge on the king. Raghav being the smart wizard lured Alauddin Khalji using Padmavati’s beauty. This incident changed everything and Ratan Singh was invited by Khalji which resulted in his capture. Khalji demanded Padmavati to surrender before him in return for King Ratan Singh’s life. Padmavati did not surrender and sent 700 troops to save her husbands life. Eventually, everyone died, and a battle was announced to capture the fort.
