These Are The Deadliest Items In Your Home

Some of the deadliest items in your home may be different from what you’d think they were.

One of them is the common clothes dryer, which can sometimes spark fires.

There are about 14,000 dryer fires every year in the United States, resulting in an average of nine deaths.

Consumer Reports notes that the best way to prevent the fires is to remove the lint from the filter after every use.

“This helps prevent a fire, but it also helps your laundry dry faster,” said test engineer Emilio Gonzalez.
