When Gal Gadot is not playing Wonder Woman in blockbuster movies, she is being a wonderful woman contributing and giving back to her community.
Gadot was spotted dressed in full Wonder Woman gear at the Inova Children’s Hospital in Annandale, Virginia, where she paid a special visit to bring some cheer to the patients.
Gadot brought coloring books, toys, for the children and posed for pictures with both children and staff members of the hospital.
The visit undoubtedly brightened the days for the children and family members in some of their darkest moments.
Gadot’s community work is significant. She contributed to the campaign for equality in education called “Pencils of Promise” and contributes in a philanthropic manner to numerous nonprofits and charitable organizations.
Inova Children’s Hospital is “an award-winning, full-service children’s hospital that offers the highest level of dedicated pediatric care in Northern Virginia,” and boasts over 400 hundred board-certified pediatricians.
Gal Gadot is an Israeli born artist who spent two mandatory years serving in the Israel Defense Force as a combat instructor and was crowned Miss Israel 2004, when she was just 18 years of age.
She hit the movie scene in a supporting role as Gisele Yashar in the blockbuster movie “The Fast and the Furious” in 2001, before her debut in the DC universe.
